Payment
You can pay for your order using your credit/debit card or through PayPal.
Please be aware that we are a UK-based company and our bank account is also in the UK. Some transactions may be subject to a small international processing fee from your bank. We advise you to check with your bank before placing your order as any international processing fees cannot be refunded by ourselves.
Delivery
Items are usually despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders are delivered by UPS or Royal Mail. All items are shipped from the UK, delivery time is approximately 4-12 working days.

Please note that certain items cannot be delivered outside of the UK mainland because of their size or weight. All delivery times are averages and not guaranteed.
Regional Games/Consoles
All of our games are PAL or PAL compatible.
All PS3, DS, PSP games are not region locked and will work in any country.
