Are the games compatible with my console?

All games supplied by ozgameshop.com are 100% compatible on PAL systems.

Are the DVDs and Blu-rays compatible with my player?

All DVDs and Blu-rays supplied by ozgameshop.com are 100% compatible on region 2/region-free DVD/Blu-ray players.

What languages are available on your games?

All the games we sell are the full English language versions; although some games offer the option to change the language in the settings we cannot guarantee that for every game.

Vouchers

Voucher Problems

If you have a problem with vouchers reinstating if your browser has crashed and the order has not been processed, please log out of your account and then back in again. If the voucher doesn't return then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will look into it for you.

Voucher Expiry

All our vouchers expire within 6 months of them being created. If you wish for the voucher to be extended then please get into contact with us and we will process this for you

What happens to the voucher if you have cancelled or had the order refunded?

If you have used a voucher on an order which has been cancelled or refunded, the voucher should automatically reinstate and be available for use again. If this does not happen, please get in contact with us and we will look at this matter for you.

Can I use more than one voucher at a time?

You can only use one voucher per order.

Pre-Orders

Payment for Pre-Orders

If you are purchasing a pre-order then the payment is taken immediately and the product will be sent out to you either on the release date or a couple of days before it. You will receive a confirmation email when this has been dispatched.

If the item you are looking for is not in stock then please enter your email address into the box provided and you will be notified by email when we have more stock in.

Do you offer shipping to my destination?

If your country cannot be selected during checkout we are unable to deliver.

How much does postage cost?

Postage is free for all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged at $1.99 per order..

When will my order be dispatched?

Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders are delivered by UPS or Royal Mail.

Why does my item have additional days added for dispatch?

Some items come from a different warehouse and may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch.

Why has my item not been dispatched?

Please note that we do try to send items out within 24 hours of receiving payment. If your item has not been dispatched then please check that your item is not a pre-order or has to allow extra days for delivery.

What payment options are available?

We accept payment by debit/credit card, or PayPal. We do not accept cheques.

What currency are the prices shown?

Prices are quoted Australian Dollars (AUD) and US Dollars (USD).

If your payment has been processing

This sort of awaiting payment/processing payment occurs when you attempt to purchase an item and either you exit your browser or it times out; this initial item / order then stays as awaiting payment. You may then continue with this purchase and pay for the item or add the same item to your cart later, however this initial item will still show as awaiting payment. You can cancel this order. If you have any further queries with regards to this issue then feel free to contact us.

If you have been charged twice

If you paid by PayPal, please email us with both Transaction IDs so we are able to look into this and refund the relevant transaction.

If you paid with Sage Pay you will have two transactions and more than likely one of the payments will have errored or failed and one will have processed normally. With the failed payment transaction the money will have likely been taken out of your account. This payment should return to you within a couple of days. If it doesn't, then get in contact with us and we can refund it for you.

I have purchased the wrong item, can I cancel?

If you have purchased an item by mistake please contact our Customer Service Team, if the email is received before your order is dispatched your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
