Thank goodness this was done well. The last trilogy being the let down to fans that it was, this was fantastic. Great animation and special effects, the only gripe I had with he story was that Peter Parker is "too cool", and doesn't really portray the Peter Parker fans expect. Excellent movie for young and old fans, and anyone who likes super heroes. Can't wait for the next Amazing Spider-Man.
The Amazing Spider Man is a fantastic movie, and introduces us into a new age of Spiderman. The movie follows closer to the comic books, giving us a new introduction to Spiderman. We also explore his earlier days, such as being in High school, and he must face an important friend, Doctor Conners. A movie that should not be missed
This is a wonderful restart of the Spider-Man franchise. Yes, it retreads some ground that's still fresh in our minds, but it manages to do so with much more believable performances - the cast is superb and work together perfectly. There is the feeling that the film could have been more without Sony interfering with the plot (many deleted scenes and changes from the script), so it's still a testament to Mark Webb that the film holds together so well despite all of this. Great picture, great Blu-Ray, great movie.
Swing to it! This is a great reinvention of the origin story of spiderman. Peter Parker is a high school student and has a very believable vibe with a hint of goofiness. A the web slinging hero there are many up close and spectacular moments to remeber in this thrilling story. Watch it!
