I haven't played any other LEGO games so I can't say how this compares to others in the series, but I'm enjoying it for what it is. There's not really much of a challenge to it as if you die, you respawn in the same place (I'm assuming this is standard fare for LEGO games), which is a good thing since sometimes you don't have enough time to build an object you need to kill enemies etc before they kill you. Also, even though I'm not that far into it yet, I have already run into a number of glitches in the game, mainly (but not limited to) getting stuck in walls/the ground after respawning, causing you to have to reset your game.
It's probably worth a look at the $20-25 mark but I don't think I'd pay any more than that for it.

While the console version is slightly superior than this one (some of the larger areas had to be snipped a little), this is a wonderful LEGO game and a great Vita title. The visuals look absolutely amazing on the Vita - some of the best graphics on the system. The gameplay is the tried-and-true LEGO formula, and it works well.
