Each turn, players simultaneously choose a card to play from their hand in order to take a shot at getting the best card for them from the center row. The cards played are then ranked in ascending order, and each player take the card facing the one they just played and place it into their scoring area, based on its color. To win the game, try getting the colors that earn you the most points.
