Alice Madness Returns Game PS3

Alice: Madness Returns delves deep into the dark and violent side of the imagination, creating a nightmarish Wonderland where Alice must face the demons that haunt her visions. Visit the grim reality of Victorian London and then travel to the beautiful yet ghastly Wonderland to uncover the root of Alice's madness and discover the truth behind a deadly secret, kept hidden for years.
Eleven years ago a horrific fire took Alice's family from her and left her mind horrifically scarred. Afterwards she was confined to Rutledge Asylum, where she struggled to confront her demons by slipping further into her fantasy world of Wonderland. Now, after ten years, she has finally secured her release-yet she still bears the heavy psychological burden of that tragic event.

With her mind in tatters, she is unable to resolve the fear prompted by her strange memories, dreams, and visions. Perhaps she'll do better in Wonderland. She always has. She travels there, seeking what the "real" world can't provide: security, knowledge, and the truth about the past. But in her absence, Wonderland too has suffered. Something has gone horribly wrong, and now a great evil is descending upon what once was her beautiful refuge. Can Alice save Wonderland-and herself-from the madness that consumes them both?

  • Intense 3rd person action: Use multiple upgradeable melee weapons, including the explosive Teapot Cannon, the punishing Hobby Horse, and the classic Vorpal Blade.
  • Explore a dark and shattered Wonderland: Encounter familiar but now strange characters, including the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, the Caterpillar and the Red Queen.
  • Magical abilities: Obtain peculiar abilities in Wonderland such as floating with Alice's dress, shrinking, or growing to towering sizes in order to crush enemies.
  • Interactive puzzles: Intuitive and rewarding puzzles such as transforming obstacles, musical memories, chess, and picture blocks.

This is a stunning game and is one of my absolute favourites!!! The bright colours and visual displays in wonderland in comparison to the greywash depressing london scene is just wonderful. This is a great take on the Alice story and have played this game multiple times through. This game provided me with quite a number of hours of gameplay all of which was enjoyable. I havent found a game as engrossing at this besides Diablo 3. definitely worth a try

Wonderland Madness! This game is a third person action, platforming adventure. The world and characters of wonderland are depicted in a darker fantasy tone than your typically know versions. Gameplay revolves around getting through beautifully design and visually stunning levels full of all the imagination you'd expect. Combat mechanics are simple with upgrades available making for a better variety of action in the game. It's a lovely dark story to follow. Eat me !

Although the gameplay (camera and controls) of this game may not be ideal, the creativity and artistic setting of Alice Madness Returns more than makes up for this problem. Like the original, you get to experience Alice's distorted wonderland but this time you also get to explore the wonders of the "modern" world adding to the game's depth.

This is a retelling of that classic lovely childrens tale, Alice in Wonderland, except American McGee has got his hands on it and given it a macabre twist. Graphics are good but I find the controls a bit frustrating. Warped like the original game but it does have a suitable length campaign to keep you entertained.

After a preview build which left great directions to a final product that was approaching at least above average, Alice Madness Return is one of the games created in me mixed emotions, some not good. The version that we played was about a 25% stake, and allowed to glimpse some mechanical forms of gameplay and interesting story to tell, a fund was a crescendo that antevinha a climax in the final version. But this is not true, and I can even say that outside the plot itself, little changes. Better, worse on several fronts. This introduction serves as a way to express disappointment in what became Alice Madness Return. The greater our admiration for the work of an author, as is the case with American McGee and his black and macabre vision of Wonderland, the greater the probability of leaving disappointed expectations. Alice Madness Return is not a bad game, just seems to be shifted in time by more than fifty percent of the game.
