UFC Trainer is quite good. The amount of exercise you can get from it is surprisingly good. It does know how to get your heart racing and teach you the proper way to train. But it is far from the workout experience.

Positives:
Proper training regime - Warm up, tutorial, routine, cooldown. Exactly how you should train (minus tutorial)
Body condition tracker - The game lets you know which areas of your body you've been working on. So if you want or need to work specific areas, you can.

Negatives:
Warm ups and cool downs - With each routine gets irritating, especially if your a pretty fit person as is (one routine isn't enough to break a sweat).
No such thing as a quick workout - Going into a quick workout still makes you do the warm up, tutorial, workout, cooldown. Not really quick is it. Minimum time on each session is 15-20mins.
Move controller - You will experience a lot of problems with the move controller moving off screen. It takes a few adjustments to the Eye before you can properly track yourself. It would of helped if they showed you what the Eye was looking at when you sync the Move controller (other move games do it). Also the Eye struggles to keep up if you do your moves at a quick pace.
Dual Move controllers - The worst implementation. In exercises that should be using dual controllers, don't. I was doing a Jab, Cross, Uppercut routine but only using one Move controller despite setting my options to use two controllers.
Leg strap - Poorly designed. It slips off so easily. Even when it feels like I'm cutting off circulation to my leg, it still trickles down.

Overall:
My recommendation is to use the trainers, especially if your a beginner. Learn the routines and then do those routines on your own (all you need is a timer and mirror). I would only recommend this for beginners, when it comes to exercise. It provides a great platform to get started working out regularly and learning the ropes. But any serious person should give this a miss.
