This game is fantastic from start to finish. I found the premise to be interesting and you can really piece together the story from interacting with NPCs and through reading the item descriptions. The graphics are amazing with a beautifully dreadful world populated with a vast array of enemies that have a wide variety of attacks and spells to look out for. Environments are cluttered with objects making it feel like a lived in world something I felt Dark Souls 2 was lacking. Exploration is encouraged with items being hidden away well and it really pays to be observant of your surroundings with illusionary walls scattered about the place. Boss battles range from mildly difficult to down right challenging and having the right weapon/armour and buffs at the right time can sometimes make or break the fight. There are several different NPC quests to take on and it's rewarding to complete them as it both ads to the story and gives a great feeling of accomplishment upon success. There is a lot of fan service here for those who have played Dark Souls with returning characters and locations being revisited. If you've never played this game I highly recommend picking this up as it's a game that you don't just finish, it's a game you have to beat and it's entirely satisfying when you do so. If you're a Souls fan and haven't picked it up yet, what are you waiting for?

Dark Souls III is the finale of a very solid series. It excels in many aspects and has the tightest and most responsive controls yet, as well as incredibly refined combat. Its only downfall is its rather forgettable areas (save for about 2-3 of them). As it stands though, it's the best end to the much beloved series that anyone could ask for

For the first game of the Souls series I have played, I have found it very enjoyable.
The game controls are responsive to your inputs and you really feel that your decisions and button presses are really what holds you back to the challenges brought forth in the world of Lothric.

Dark Souls 3 will challenge your ability to do the same thing over and over until you can beat it. If you think most games are easy this game will change that. Definitely a game for the hardened gamers, there is little to help you in this game. But over coming the challenges in this game will make you feel accomplish like no other game could make you feel.
