Tekken 7 is a strong finish the series so far, apparently it’s going in a different direction story wise with the next instalment. Gameplay is solid, approachable but technical. Tonnes of characters on disc - the benefits of this game coming out in arcades first then a decent package coming to console. It’s an improvement over Tekken 6 in gameplay, and it’s Tekken. That’s all you need to know.

Tekken 7 is a great game that fulfills all that is promises: it offers great and deep gameplay mechanics, enjoyable game modes, a cast of colorful and diverse characters, and splendid cinematics and scenarios. Sadly, all of its content doesn't go beyond what any other fighting game offers and one of its most important features (the Story Mode) doesn't work so well. Overall, it's a good game that, without a doubt, could have been better.
