Learn more about usThis is simply the best JRPG to come out in years. Exceptional battle system, great characters, beautiful plot and with probably the best graphics for the Wii Console that even surpass LOZ: Skyward Sword and the Last Story. Expect over 50 hours of gameplay easily and with 400+ sidequests to finish.

No RPG has put me in this much awe since Final Fantasy VII and Xenosaga Episode III.
This game is awe inspiring in scope and depth, featuring an interesting and engaging story, enjoyable if hilariously voices characters, and a real time combat system that allows different strategies. The locations are standout though, being large, varied and full of interesting creatures and items. An amazing RPG that is highly recommended
Operation Rainfall definitely made the right call in trying to get this game localised. This is not just the best JRPG on the Wii, but is definitely one of the best of the genre. Solid plot, great gameplay, and exceptional soundtrack. It takes the best parts of MMORPG gameplay, and incorporates them perfectly in a single player experience.
This is simply a fantastic game. Not just one of the best JRPGs on the Wii, but one of the best JRPGs for this generation. It's amazing how much content Monolith have packed into the Wii disc - all the while still providing some of the best visuals for the system.

In addition, Xenoblade doesn't suffer the same archaic tropes of the traditional RPG; with streamlined features that make the game's battles and exploration less painful - but still providing a lot of challenge.
I purchased this game 5 months ago, and that's how long it's taken me to finish. Xenoblade is big, for lack of a better word, a true testament to the old epic JRPGs like Secret of Mana. I think the best way to describe Xenoblade is a single-player MMORPG. The game uses an open world and pretty much let's you go at your own pace. Unfortunately Xenoblade does have its few flaws, the biggest being that many of the quests, just like in MMOs, fall into the category of simply "go to X and get Y", which isn't exactly exciting. The character voices, though superb (especially since there is an option to have the original Japanese dub), is just too overused. The constant shouts of encouragement and energy during battle is exciting for maybe the first couple of hours, but quickly becomes irritating as you become more accustomed with the game.
