A solid rhythmic shooter that makes excellent use of the Kinect. Child of Eden is the spiritual successor to the Dreamcast/ PS2 game Rez. The game features beautiful graphics and music that ebbs and flows with your gameplay choices. The motion controls work really well (and surprisingly better than the standard controller). The downside to the game is that it becomes very repetitive and the game is very short.

This wonderfully simplistic game provides you with a gaming experience like none before .
You are trying to save a girl and the internet. The game is essentially a first-person shooter but instead of killing people you are destroying corrupt data.
This game has a unique overall calming effect on the gamer that I have not experienced with any other game. The colourful sights and sounds work together to place you in a happy trance.

If you are looking for a reason to buy Microsoft's Kinect, here it is. Delve into a world of synaesthesia as music and visuals become one as you try to perfect the game play on offer. the only down side to this game, is that you should prepare yourself to replay each level many times, as you need to reach a certain score in order to progress. Grab some headphones, turn off the lights and immerse yourself.

the only reason i invested in a connect was for child of eden. always saw laggy reviews about its performance, thats not the case when playing child of eden. so many things get you about this game. the sounds , the colours and the music after awhile can really do something to your mood. youll have yourself feeling like natures iron man as you shoot things through the palm of your hands and soaring through tunnels of colour. reccomended played with a headset and a lightly dimmed room. this game plays better with emotion.

Easily the best Kinect game out and one of the most amazing experiences on 360.
It's very short but if you own a Kinect, you really should play this game. The Kinect controls are tight and responsive and once you get into it, you forget that you're playing a video game; you're just experiencing a wonderful world.

One of the gems of this generation.
